Job Description
The Senior Finance Manager is accountable for the full finance function in Australia including supporting the Asset Management team, acting as a strategic partner to the Country Manager/VP and as the primary interface to Group Finance in Stockholm. The role ensures strong financial governance and compliance with Group policies and procedures, high-quality reporting, and effective support for decision-making across the Australian business and project portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
n
Overall accountability for finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R across all Australian entities and project companies.
n
Ensure compliance with Group policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
n
Business Partnering & Strategy
n
Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager / VP and leadership team.
n
Support commercial and investment decisions through financial analysis.
n
Planning & Performance Management
n
Own annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business planning
n
Monitor financial performance and drive corrective actions where required
n
Oversee financial performance across the project lifecycle (development to operations)
n
Provide guidance on project economics,



capital allocation, and risk
n
Ensure robust portfolio reporting of OPEX and CAPEX
n
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
n
Deliver high-quality financial reporting to Group Finance and investors
n
Lead interactions with external auditors and key financial stakeholders
n
Ensure timely delivery of statutory reports and filings
n
Lead and develop the Australian finance team, including controllers and outsourced providers
n
Establish scalable processes and drive continuous improvement across the function
n
QUALIFICATIONS
n
n
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA or equivalent preferred
n
*****+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles
n
Solid experience in financial planning, reporting, and governance
n
Experience in
energy/infrastructure
sectors is necessary, preferably in renewable energy
n
Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner
n
