MACSEYE is seeking an OSHC Area Manager to lead a portfolio of services across Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs, including Frankston and Mentone. You will coach and develop coordinators and educators, build robust relationships with schools and communities, and ensure high‐quality, compliant programs while guiding regional performance and growth.

You will also act as the Nominated Supervisor, fostering a safe, inclusive environment and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
