With strong systems in place and a reputation for excellence, we're growing fast — and we're looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Manager to take us to the next level.
About the Rolen
As our BDM, you'll play a key role in expanding our commercial client base. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with facility managers and property groups, and securing long-term maintenance contracts. You'll work closely with our leadership team to implement a growth strategy and help shape the future of our business.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Generate new commercial business leads and opportunities
n
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
n
Prepare and submit professional proposals and tenders
n
Represent Bloom Maintenance at industry and networking events
n
Track, report and forecast sales pipeline activity
n
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding
n
What We're Looking Forn
n
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in facilities,



landscaping or construction)
n
Solid network across property groups, FM firms or councils
n
A self-starter with a hunger to chase and close deals
n
Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills
n
Understanding of service-based contracts and client retention strategies
n
Valid driver's license
n

Base salary between $100K–$130K (negotiable based on experience)
