This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, taking ownership of customer outcomes, and building
theirexpertiseacrossnetworks,securityandinfrastructure.

You'lloperateas a key technical escalation
point,specialisingin
networks and firewalls, working closely with senior engineers to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n

Resolvingissues relating to
networks,firewallsand
platform issues
n
Owning tickets through to resolution
whilemaintainingstrong
customer communication
n
Participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis
n
Performing scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvements
n
Working directly with customers on technical issues and escalations
n
Contributing to projects, migrations, and platform improvements
n
Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
n
Assistingwith technical reviews and operational improvement initiatives
n

What We're Looking For

5+ years in
anetworking/infrastructurerole

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Experience
supportingITenvironments

Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A proactive mindset focused on ownership and continuous improvement
n
n
While certifications are not mandatory,you'llstand out if you hold (or are actively pursuing) certifications
inPaloAlto,Fortinetand
Cisco.
