About the Role
n
As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of the service, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional educational outcomes while maintaining strong operational performance.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of educators and leaders.
n
Drive a positive and engaging centre culture focused on quality and child outcomes.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and company policies.
n
Manage occupancy, enrolments, budgets, and centre performance targets.
n
Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
n
Mentor and support your team to achieve and maintain high-quality ratings and educational practices.
n
Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
n
n
About You
n
You are a passionate leader who brings energy, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
n
You will have:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services Regulations.
n
A current Working with Children Check.
n
Demonstrated success leading teams, achieving occupancy goals, and driving centre performance.
n
Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
