Job Description
This is a rare opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer (minimum 3 years PAE) to join the capital transactions practice of a leading global law firm.
n
The role is firmly transaction-focused, supporting complex acquisitions, disposals and project developments that sit within broader corporate, energy and infrastructure deals. This is sophisticated work that does not involve traditional property or leasing matters.

Experience across multiple Australian jurisdictions will be viewed favourably, but is not essential.
n
The Role
n
You will work closely with the firm's Australia-wide Real Estate Practice Lead, supporting the real estate components of major capital transactions undertaken across the country.
n
The practice advises on matters including:
n
n
Mining and resources acquisitions and disposals
n
Renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and battery storage
n
Large-scale infrastructure assets such as pipelines and airports
n
n
The role provides exposure to national deal flow and complex transactional work, rather than a state-based property practice.
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in real estate or capital transactions




n
Exposure to large-scale acquisitions, disposals, or project-driven real estate work
n
Experience gained within a top-tier, international, or high-end national firm
n
Solid technical capability, commercial judgment, and a collaborative approach.
