As a Campus Recruiter,you'llwork alongside a passionate team of specialists, focusing on key areas that contribute to the team'sgoals. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the full lifecycle of campus recruitment: from event planning to candidate selection.

Coordinating assessments, mapping interview processes, and
managinglogisticsto
ensure a seamless candidate journey.

Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
n
Helping drive our campus attraction strategy - bringing your ideas, creativity and perspective to the table.
n
Building strong relationships with universities and student societies across Australia and New Zealand.
n
Developing a deep understanding of behavioural competencies and applying them during high-volume assessment periods.

Continuously improving operational processes andidentifyingnew opportunities to attract exceptional talent.
