The Role:
n
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join their executive team as Head of Psychological Services. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of psychological services that support recovery and prevention of psychological injuries.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading the strategic and operational performance of psychological programs across all service lines.
n
Driving service quality, financial outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management for clinical and operational staff.
n
Partnering with business development and account management teams to support customer success and drive growth.
n
Providing high-level advice to leadership on psychological service delivery and operational excellence.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience in designing and delivering psychological or mental health programs, ideally in a healthcare or return-to-work setting.
n




Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage clinical and operational teams.
n
Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and service innovation.
n
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.
n
High-level communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health, or a related discipline.
