Our client is looking for a Change and Training Manager to join a large transformation project. Key
Responsibilities:n
n
Provide change management advice and recommendations
n
Define the training approach and support the development and delivery of training as required.
n
Designed and Deliver targeted training programs
n
Conduct training assessments
n
Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
n
Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
n
Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business;
n
Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
n
Essential Skills and Experiencen
n
Previous experience as a Change and Training Manager
n
Experience working on a kronos upgrade/ implementation project
n
Experience with instructional delivery and facilitation, specifically delivering small and large group forums or workshops
n
Training certifications will be highly regarded
n
