The Opportunity
n
Based in Brisbane, you will manage commercial property claims end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement. You will enjoy a balance of on-site assessments and office-based work, engaging with policyholders, insurers, and service providers to deliver fair and timely outcomes in line with regulatory and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n




Manage claims across the full lifecycle from lodgement to settlement
n
Conduct site inspections and assess commercial property losses
n
Review policies to determine coverage and liability
n
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the claims process
n
Produce clear, high-quality reports and meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
n
Negotiate and settle claims within delegated authority
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in property claims or loss adjusting
n
Solid understanding of general insurance practices
n
Strong communication and report writing skills
n
Well organised, analytical, and able to manage competing priorities
n
Professional, customer-focused, and empathetic in your
approachComfortable
working independently in a field-based role
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in loss adjusting or commercial claims
n
Current driver's licence
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Loss adjusting qualifications or relevant qualified qualifications (preferred)
n
n
