Project locations are across Sydney metropolitan areas including Westmead, Merrylands, Castle Hill, Bondi, Strathfield and surrounding suburbs.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate site activities according to project priorities, construction programmes and delivery schedules.
n
Plan daily and weekly works, allocating labour, plant and resources efficiently.
n
Supervise site crews, subcontractors and trades to ensure productivity and quality outcomes.
n
Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
n
Ensure adequate manpower, plant and materials are available to meet project milestones.
n
Enforce WHS requirements and ensure all safety procedures and quality standards are maintained.
n




Oversee the safe operation of machinery, plant and equipment.
n
Monitor project expenditure and assist in maintaining works within budget.
n
Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme.
n
Maintain site documentation, daily reports and construction records.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Foreman within civil construction.
n
Strong understanding of early works, including excavation, piling, shotcrete, shoring and related civil works.
n
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans and specifications.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
n
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
White Card and current driver's licence.
n
