We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Wills & Estate Lawyer to join a growing Queensland team. This position can be based in their Brisbane or Gold Coast office.

In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
n
Advise clients on asset protection, tax minimization strategies, and beneficiary designations.
n
Guide clients through the probate process.
n
Communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding of complex legal matters.
n
Maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants.

Qualifications:

Law degree from an accredited law school.
n
Previous experience or a keen interest in Wills and Estates law.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.

Proficient in legal research and writing briefs.
