About the Role

Full-time, remote and flexible - no clock-watching, just results

Lead "Defining Sufficient" sessions - diving deep into what matters before creating a Money Action Plan (MAP)
n
High impact - post your industry-leading business specific training - engage, onboard and deliver for 6-8+ new clients per month using our proven, meticulous process
n

What You'll Need to Bring

Experience: up to 3 years post Professional Year as a Financial Adviser. We are also keen to chat if you are currently completing or have recently finished your PY.
n
Education: Approved financial planning degree and FASEA ready.
n
Emotional Intelligence: You are energized by client conversations and can lead people through "Beyond Sufficient" moments.
n
Autonomy: A self-starter with a proven track record of productive WFH life.
n
Mindset: A "Learn. Grow. Repeat." attitude. You want to share your knowledge and help the team rise with you.
n
Clean Record: Strong compliance history and attention to detail.
