About the Role:
n
We're looking for a Human Resources Administrator to provide essential day-to-day support across a wide range of HR functions. In this role, you'll assist with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, HR systems maintenance, and documentation management.
n
This role is based in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Maintain accurate employee records, manage employment documents, and ensure confidentiality in line with legal and company standards.
n
Support new starter setup and induction processes, and assist in employee exit procedures including record updates and asset retrieval.
n
Post job ads, schedule interviews, handle candidate communication, and support reference checking.
n
Compile and maintain reports on headcount, training, and compliance-related documentation.
n
Handle basic employee queries, assist with engagement activities and policy updates, and support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
n




Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to HRIS systems desirable
n
