CormTech are partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a major business and technology transformation impacting operational processes, systems, stakeholder engagement and ways of working across the business.
n
This is a hands‐on Senior Change Analyst role supporting a high-profile enterprise rollout program. The role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to drive genuine behavioural and operational change.
n
This is not a purely strategic or governance-heavy role.
n
You will be embedded within delivery teams and actively involved in:
n
n
Change impact assessments
n
Stakeholder engagement and business readiness
n
Communications and engagement activities
n
Workshop facilitation
n
Change planning and execution
n
Training and rollout support
n
Hypercare and adoption activities
n
Supporting leaders through large-scale operational change
n
n

The successful candidate will be pragmatic, organised, adaptable and comfortable operating with autonomy in a energetic transformation setting.

What we are looking for:
n
n
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change programs
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
n
Experience working on business-side transformation initiatives rather than purely technical implementations
n
Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
n
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving project environments
n
Experience across operational change, process transformation, ERP/CRM/system rollouts or business transformation programs
n
Strong written communication and workshop facilitation skills
n
Exposure to regulated or complex operational environments will be highly regarded
n
n
Ideal backgrounds may include:
n
n
ERP or CRM implementations
n
Legal, insurance, health, government or other regulated industries
n
Consulting or in-house transformation delivery environments
n
