About The Role
n
These are not entry‐level positions. Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, including:
n

Previous experience within the TSSP program
n
Extensive experience in the education sector
n
Equivalent senior‐level corporate IT support experience
n
n
Typical duties include managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure in schools, supporting staff and students, and administering complex enterprise environments.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
n
Administer and support school networks and server environments.
n
Provide ICT support services in large, technology‐driven learning environments.
n
Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT career development when required.
n
n
Essential Technical Skills
n
n
Hyper‐V virtualisation administration
n
Administration of Windows and Linux‐based servers
n




Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)
n
Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration
n
Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching)
n
Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs)
n
SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills
n
Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks
n
Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management
n
Strong technical documentation skills
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Previous TSSP experience
n
Demonstrated success in education‐sector ICT
n
Ability to plan and deliver ICT training sessions for staff
n
