Position Summary
n
Responsible for leading regional application strategy and execution across probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions. Translate global science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions. Lead a high‐performing regional application team and act as a scientific interface with customers.

Define and implement regional application strategy aligned with global priorities.
n
Translate microbiome and nutrition science into differentiated application solutions.
n
Lead and develop a regional team (10+ members).
n
Collaborate cross‐functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
n
Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.
n
Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.
n
Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.
n
n
What Makes You the Right Fit
n
n
PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or a related field.
n
Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics,



dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.
n
Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
n
Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
Fluent in English.
n
MBA or business training is a plus.
n
n

Track record in application‐driven innovation and commercialization.

Familiarity with regulatory and scientific substantiation.
