SCM SDM (Supply Chain Service Delivery Manager)

Location: Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison with the client, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
n
Service Delivery Oversight: Manage IT services and integrated solutions delivery, overseeing incident, problem, change, and release management, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
n
Project & Operations Coordination: Collaborate with client project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, peak season readiness, system stability, and performance.
n
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery and operations teams, ensuring accountability, performance, knowledge sharing, and service excellence.
n
Risk Management: Identify service risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; ITIL certification preferred.
n




8–10+ years of experience in service delivery or program management within IT or SI environment.
n
Proven experience managing services for retail clients or in a retail technology setting.
n
Robust knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), cloud platforms, and enterprise retail systems.
n
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
Preferred Skills:
n
n
Experience managing services across omnichannel retail systems – eCommerce, in-store tech, CRM, etc.
n
Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
n
Ability to analyze service data and derive actionable insights.
n
n
