HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with a major insurer in the workers compensation space who are expanding their market share and who are seeking experienced Case Managers & Senior Case Managers to join their team in NSW.
n
As a Workers' Compensation Case Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of employer claims, coordinating return‐to‐work (RTW) strategies, facilitating medical and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage end‐to‐end claims within the NSW framework.
n
Coordinate medical treatment, workplace support, and tailored RTW plans.
n
Partner with internal stakeholders, providers, and injured workers to drive sustainable outcomes.
n
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal protocols.
n
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and support governance reviews.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n




Minimum 2 years' experience in workers' compensation case management (Employer, RTW or Self Insurance preferred).
n
Solid understanding of workers' compensation legislation.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Ability to manage a dynamic portfolio and prioritise effectively.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems.
n
