Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the quality of technical documentation
n
Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to identify documentation needs
n
Closing knowledge gaps and championing knowledge management practices
n
Identifying and prioritising documentation gaps based on user needs
n
Selecting and recommending documentation tools, content management systems, and publishing methods
n
Establishing quality assurance processes
n
Deciding what to include or exclude in documentation
n
Setting review and update cadences to keep documentation relevant
n
Structuring content architecture for ease of navigation and maintainability
n

Requirements
n

Proven experience in a technical writing or digital documentation role
n
Some programming or technical background
n
Solid team orientation
n
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
n
Proven ability to independently research complex technical topics
n
High-quality, audience-appropriate content production
n
Proactive approach to identifying gaps in documentation
n
Ability to work comfortably with technical (engineering, QA) and non-technical (sales, operations, customers) audiences
n
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown,



or XML-based editors
n
Agile mindset — comfortable adapting to shifting priorities

Excellent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail
