My Guardian, a leading aged and disability care provider, seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our paid search, Meta and other paid campaigns. You will own end-to-end execution, daily health, and optimisation, reporting to the Head of Digital, translating user behavior into measurable performance.

You'll be hands-on with daily account tasks, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and routine A/B testing to maximise return on ad spend across major platforms.
