The Role
n
As Vet Director – ECC, you'll be the clinical cornerstone of our emergency service. Working alongside your team, you'll lead by example – setting the benchmark in patient care while actively guiding clinicians through every stage of their growth.

Coach and support veterinarians through case discussions, feedback, and in‐the‐moment teaching

Help shape the hospital's clinical direction in partnership with senior leadership

About You
n
n
Holds a veterinary degree eligible for registration in New South Wales
n
Has 5+ years' experience in a 24/7 emergency or specialty setting
n
Is clinically assured and trusted by colleagues
n
Gains real satisfaction from teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
n
Leads with self‐awareness, consistency, and clear communication
n
Is ready to step into senior clinical leadership without stepping away from clinical work
