Key Responsibilities

Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts.
n
Assist with BAS, GST, and FBT preparation and lodgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
n
Manage and review financial records and reports in line with accounting standards.
n
Conduct tax research and stay up to date with changes in Australian taxation laws.
n
Support the delivery of tax planning and advisory services, offering proactive client solutions.
n
Ensure all documentation and lodgments are completed accurately and on time.
n
Collaborate with and learn from senior tax accountants, contributing to team development and client satisfaction.

Requirements
n
n




Strong understanding of Australian Taxation including Tax Returns, BAS, GST, and FBT.
n
Experience using MYOB AE (Accountants Enterprise) or similar accounting software.
n
Prior experience in public practice accounting in Australia.
n
CA/CPA qualified or currently undertaking studies.
n
Strong attention to detail, communication, and client service skills.
