Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid Working)

Rate: circa $100 per hour including super

We are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program within a leading Australian financial services organisation.
n
This role will focus on delivering complex data, infrastructure and testing environment initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes from planning through to execution.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of data and technical project streams
n
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, testing teams, business analysts and vendors
n
Drive environment uplift, application onboarding and integration activities
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align business and technology teams
n
Provide clear reporting on project health, milestones, risks, issues and financials
n
Ensure governance, compliance and delivery standards are met
n
n
The Successful Candidate
n
n
Proven Project Management experience delivering complex technical or data projects
n
Experience working within large enterprise transformation programs
n
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
n
Ability to interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams and system flows
n




Experience managing infrastructure deployments and application integrations
n
Strong risk, issue and financial management capability
n
Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
n
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in rapid-paced environments
n
n
Nice to Have

Banking or financial services experience
n
Test environment management experience
n
Data platform, API and systems integration experience
n
Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery experience
n
Jira, Confluence and MS Project experience
n
Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments
n
n
