CSL Seqirus is a global leader in influenza prevention and pandemic preparedness. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager for our Influenza and Travel vaccine portfolio.

The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced healthcare marketer to drive continued growth across our Private market Influenza r and Travel Vaccines portfolio. In this role, you will lead brand strategy, build high impact strategic partnerships, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our market presence nationally.
n
Reporting directly to the Vaccines Director, this is a national role based at our head office on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Drives Growth for key brands in the portfolio
n
Defines and implements marketing strategies and/or tactical plans for existing and new products within the assigned therapeutic area
n
Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales, technical and therapeutic area teams
n
Champions the brands: Disseminates product experience and product strategy to commercial operations; build and leads a high performing brand team
n




Lead innovation by being curious and driven to seek insights, find business opportunities, anticipate issues and quickly adapt
n
Build and lead internal and external partner relationships
n
n
Experience and Qualifications
n
n
Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline;
n
7+ years' healthcare experience with3+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
n
Experience in a range of commercial roles in multiple therapy areas, sales experience valued
n
Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools effective within the respective region
n
Highly strategic and commercially minded
n
Agile, adaptable, and responsive to change
n
