I'm partnering with a global leader in industrial machinery to appoint a General Manager - Australian and New Zealand to sit in their executive team.
n
This is a key leadership position, reporting directly into the CEO, and responsible for the end-to-end service experience — including spare parts, repair, warranty support, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. The role is both strategic and operational, with a mandate to strengthen service delivery, grow revenue, and build long-term customer loyalty across Australia and New Zealand. This Western Sydney based company values culture, innovation, and communication.

Has 6+ years' experience in service leadership roles within industrial, capital equipment, or manufacturing environments

Understands how to drive commercial outcomes from after-sales services and spare parts
n
Brings strong planning, customer, and people leadership capability
n
Has a technical background
(mechanical/industrial




engineering preferred) and understands field-based service operations
n
