Job Descriptionn
Our Retail Middle Markets team specialises in the sale of Supermarkets, Hardware, Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, and Large Format Retail assets across Australia. We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Retail Property Analyst to support our Capital & Middle Markets team.
n
This is genuinely a unique opportunity to work alongside market leaders, contributing to the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of major retail property transactions.
n
Your Role:
n
As a Retail Property Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the full campaign lifecycle, providing market intelligence and financial insights that drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Financial and cash flow modelling for retail assets
n
Preparing high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
n
Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking
n




Researching market trends and maintaining key data sources
n
Supporting the development of new business opportunities
n
Attending client meetings and preparing campaign progress reports
n
Qualificationsn
What You'll Bring:
n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail property and ready to grow within a national team.
n
Essential:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or a related field
n
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
n
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Understanding of the Australian retail property market
n
n
Highly Desirable:
n
n
CPV qualification
n
Experience in a commercial property business, ideally within the retail asset class
n
