With a strong customer base across builders, resellers, and retail, this is your chance to step into a well-established branch and take it to the next level. Leading the biggest Steel-Line branch within the Network the successful applicant will need to possess the following:

Safety First: Lead a safety-first culture by prioritizing the well‐being of all team members and ensuring strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Sales Success: Drive residential sales across all customer segments, consistently working to meet and exceed budget targets.
n
Smart Cost Control: Maintain lean and efficient operations by managing costs strategically, without compromising on quality or performance.

Customer Satisfaction (DIFOT):



Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering in full and on time—every time.
n
Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high‐performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role—ideally in trade, manufacturing, or building supply.
n
Have a proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage budgets responsibly, and consistently deliver solid results.
n
Maintain a strong customer focus and take pride in my ability to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
n
Excellent communicator with a hands‐on, can‐do attitude that drives action and fosters collaboration.
