Numbers Executive is exclusively supporting a fast-growing, global SaaS company that provides an all-in-one platform to thousands of clients worldwide. With operations across multiple international markets, the business is trusted by leading global brands and continues to scale at pace.

Due to ongoing expansion, the company is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its Melbourne-based team.
n
The Opportunity
n
This role is focused on building and owning the corporate valuation and strategic forecasting model. You'll be at the centre of investment, capital raising, and growth planning decisions — not accounting or reporting — providing the commercial insights that underpin the company's next phase of scale and strategic forecasts.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Building and maintaining a dynamic corporate valuation and forecasting model
n
Conducting scenario analysis, sensitivity testing and financial impact assessments
n
Partnering with internal stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, Product and Operations to support planning and investment decisions
n
Supporting the preparation of investor and lender information requirements
n
Providing ad hoc commercial analysis for strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, product expansion and capital raising
n
n
Required Skills & Experience
n
n
5+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial modelling,



ideally gained in a Big Four advisory/modelling team, investment banking, professional services, or within a corporate finance function
n
Strong technical capability in valuation, scenario planning and three-way modelling (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
n
Experience supporting capital raising, financing discussions or investor reporting (highly regarded)
n
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build flexible, scalable models from first principles
n
Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Postgraduate qualification in corporate finance (CFA or equivalent)
n
n
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in corporate valuation model development, long-range forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning to support growth and investment decisions.
n
