Impact Family Services is growing and we're looking for Senior Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our supportive and values-driven team in the Sydney region.
n
This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting participants in the community, with a robust focus on neuro-affirming and person-centred practice. We are open to experienced practitioners as well as those looking to develop their career in behaviour support.

About the role
n
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
n
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans
n
• Work alongside families and support teams to ensure consistent strategies
n




• Provide guidance and training to support workers
n
• Support participants with disability to build skills in emotional regulation and independence
n
Who we're looking for
n
• Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission (Proficient, Advanced or Specialist)
n
• Experience developing and implementing Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
n
• Experience supporting teams and implementing behaviour support strategies
n
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, providers and multidisciplinary teams
n
