Your new role As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Business Services & Tax team, working closely with senior leadership and managing a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of business clients and acting as their trusted advisor
n
Providing technical expertise across tax planning, structuring, and compliance
n
Reviewing work and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
n
Leading advisory engagements including forecasting, strategy, and reporting
n
Mentoring and developing junior team members
n
Contributing to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n




CA or CPA qualified
n
Extensive experience in Australian public practice (business services/tax)
n
Strong technical skills across complex tax and group structures
n
Proven experience managing client portfolios and workflows
n
Leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing teams
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic advice
n
