Your new role You will oversee the development of key project deliverables, including business cases, planning approvals and funding submissions.

Key responsibilities

Developing preliminary evaluations and detailed business cases.
n
Managing consultant contracts and project deliverables.
n
Supporting procurement activities and consultant engagement.
n
Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules.
n
Undertaking project risk assessments and reporting.
n
Preparing monthly reports, briefing notes and governance documentation.
n
Facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting project updates.
n

What you'll need to succeed

Experience managing infrastructure or property development projects.
n
Ability to prepare high-quality business cases, reports and project documentation.
n
Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
n
Experience leading consultant teams and managing external service providers.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Experience with project governance, risk management and reporting.
n
