This role plays a critical role in bridging business needs, people processes, and technology solutions across the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for analysing, documenting, improving, and optimising HR processes while ensuring HR technology solutions effectively support business objectives and employee experiences.

Your Role with Metcash
n
n
Operating within a Business Capability Management (BCM) framework
n
Partner with People & Culture leaders and business stakeholders to define and shape capability outcomes
n
Lead end-to-end business analysis across workforce, talent, employee lifecycle and HRIS initiatives
n
Translate business needs into clear, prioritised, and traceable requirements
n
Facilitate workshops to define processes, requirements,



and solution designs
n
Develop and document current and future state processes, user stories, and business rules
n
Ensure solutions align with business strategy, capability intent, and expected outcomes
n
Support business readiness and adoption by translating solutions into clear business impacts
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience (6+ years) in business analysis within complex, enterprise environments
n
Strong experience delivering HR, HRIS, or cross-functional transformation initiatives
n
Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
n
Experience working within Business Capability Management frameworks
n
Signavio or similar process modelling tools experience
n
Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape transparent problem definitions and solutions
n
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
n
