About The Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead convenience & QSR operations within Western Australia, ensuring safety, service excellence, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance across multi‐temperature warehouse operations and transport distribution.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee end‐to‐end site performance, from warehouse operations to store delivery.
n
Develop high‐performing supervisors, site leaders and support teams.
n
Lead safety initiatives, food safety compliance and maintain standards of excellence.
n
Engage customers, resolve problems and drive service improvement.
n
Control labour, cost and P & L to maximise value for Lineage and partners.
n
Deploy national standards and breakthrough strategies across the network.
n

Qualifications
n
n




Extensive experience in operations, ideally logistics or transport.
n
Proven leadership in a quick‐paced retail distribution environment.
n
Experience in multi‐temperature operations and route distribution.
n
Excellence in customer management, influencing and building trust.
n
Strategic mindset paired with hands‐on leadership.
n
Comfort making bold decisions, challenging the status quo and encouraging innovation.
n
