About the role: Reporting to thelead Partnerofour M&A; - Transaction Services division, your role will include:n
n
Executing and
managingTransaction
services -buy-side and sell-side due
diligenceassignments
including data analysis, data book construction and review, andcompilation of detailed report of findings. Thiswill include the performance of detailed quantitative financial analysis, detailed assessment of key business risks and historical trends, and the preparation and analysis of forecast cash flow and other financial data.
n
Assistingwith and managingthe drafting of accounting-related clauses in
SPAs,includingEBITnormalisationand
working capital calculationsand debt like items.
n
Assisting withDealLead Advisory services (buy side and sell side) and taking an
activemanagementrole
in theexecution and delivery of themandates
n
Assistingand managingthe
teamwiththeconstruction,and
deliveryof various financial models to support - debt
advisorymandates,buy
side and sell side mandates,vendor readiness,




performanceimprovementmodels,
and a range of other
modellingrequirements
n
Assistingwithandmanagingour
teamand coordination with other experts engaged in the projects.
n
Actively pursue business development activities with the goal of growing thefinancial advisoryservices portfolioto support in delivering the teams
budgetexpectations.
n
Providing
managementassistanceto
the financial advisory Lead Partnerand training and mentoring junior staff.
n
About you:n
n
5years of experience, preferably with mid-tier or large firms withinCorporate Finance, M&Aor; Investment Banks.
n
Extensive experience performing and managing commercial transactional financial due diligence projects.
n
2-3+ years' experiencein providing Lead Advisory sell, side and buy side support
n
Team player, federating, motivating and inspiring, eager totrain junior staff
n
Strongcommunicationskills,both
verbal and written.
n
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and drive commercial outcomes for clients.
n
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
n
Knowledge ofpowerbior other bi tools is a clear plus
n
