The Opportunity

Contract - 12 months, with potential for extension

We're seeking a Senior C++ Developer with strong systems-level experience to join our engineering team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing a complex codebase, resolving existing issues, and architecting new modules that support evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

Investigate and resolve existing bugs and performance bottlenecks in a large-scale C++ system.
n
Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability and reliability.
n
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and documentation.
n

Module Design & Development
n
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement current software modules.
n
Translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready C++ implementations.
n
Integrate new features seamlessly into existing architecture.
n
Work closely with architects, DevOps,



and product teams to align on technical goals.
n
Apply modern C++ standards and best practices (C++17/20) to ensure code efficiency and safety.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and system observability.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in C++ development for production systems.
n
Strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance tuning.
n
Experience debugging complex systems and resolving critical issues.
n
Familiarity with modern C++ standards and STL.
n
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working in microservices or modular architectures is a plus.
