The People Services Officer delivers consistent, accurate and timely support across recruitment, onboarding, variations, exits, entitlements and performance, engaging managers, employees and volunteers with a robust service focus.
Reporting to People and Culture, the role applies policy and supports capability development while aligning with VICSES values and flexible work arrangements where possible.
