Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving impactful workforce initiatives.
n
This is a high‐impact role with a strong emphasis on talent management, organisational capability and career pathways, alongside delivering core HR programs and supporting a positive, high‐performing culture.
n
Key responsibilities include;
n
n
Partner with leaders to develop and deliver strategic people plans aligned to business priorities
n
Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability strategies, including development pathways and targeted learning initiatives
n
Design and embed career frameworks to support attraction, retention and employee growth
n
Lead and deliver annual HR programs including performance, remuneration, and engagement cycles
n
Provide expert coaching and advice to leaders on performance, employee relations, and organisational challenges
n
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
n
Leverage workforce metrics,
analytics and insights to inform decision‐making and drive improved outcomes
n
Design and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance culture and employee experience
n

The Successful Applicant
n
You are a commercially astute HR professional with strong partnering capability and a passion for building high‐performing organisations. You will bring:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
n
A strong generalist HR background with experience in a Business Partnering role
n
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, capability building and career pathway design
n
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action
n
Proven ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
n
Track record managing employee relations issues and navigating complex situations, and supporting managers
n
Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions‐focused
n
