The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business and lead the delivery of key capital projects across manufacturing, packaging and site infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in driving project execution from concept through to commissioning within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end‐to‐end project delivery across capital works, facility upgrades and process improvements
n
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risk to ensure successful outcomes
n
Coordinate cross‐functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production and external vendors
n
Oversee installation, commissioning, validation and handover of equipment and systems
n
Ensure all projects meet GMP, safety and regulatory compliance standards
n
Develop and present project updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees




n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and project delivery frameworks
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within FMCG, pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments
n
Strong background in capital projects, equipment installation and site upgrades
n
Experience working with automation, packaging lines or manufacturing technologies
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
n
Solid understanding of GMP, validation and compliance requirements
n
Excellent communication, leadership and problem‐solving skills
n
Engineering or related technical qualification preferred
n
