About the Role

Step into a dynamic Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team, known for its excellence in cross-border litigation. You'll work alongside powerhouse partners and benefit from the support of a large pool of administrators and paralegals. The successful candidate will focus on complex international commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, and restructuring matters. The role blends proactive risk mitigation with active dispute resolution, serving clients like multinational corporations, investment funds, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver commercially astute legal advice on high-stakes, cross-border disputes.

Draft and review complex legal documents with precision.
n
Collaborate with a high-performing team, mentoring junior associates.
n
Contribute to knowledge-sharing and team development.

What You Bring
n

3-6 years' PQE in complex commercial litigation, insolvency, or restructuring from a top-tier firm.
n
Outstanding drafting and technical skills.

Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to provide timely, practical advice.
n
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
n
A collaborative mindset with leadership potential.
