Position Details
n Role Title:National Partnerships Manager
n Flexible location: Sydney, Melbourne, or any capital city in Australia.
n Hours: Monday-Friday with hybrid working WFH
n About the Role
n As our National Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new corporate accounts and driving growth within employer and broker markets.
n You'll identify commercial opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with operational teams to deliver innovative solutions that create value for our customers.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
n
Identify, pursue and secure new corporate partnerships and service opportunities.
n
Grow relationships with key stakeholders across employer and broker markets.
n
Support tender submissions and strategic business opportunities.
n

About You
n
n
Similar experience within Occupational Rehabilitation, Broker, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation or Insurance.
n
Proven ability to achieve and exceed business growth and revenue targets.
n
Strong track record of building and maintaining sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
n
Ability to identify emerging market trends and uncover innovative service opportunities that create value for customers and the business.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, business development and relationship management skills, with a customer-first approach.
n
Highly desirable: Allied Health qualification with relevant professional registration.
n
