An exciting opportunity is available for a digitally driven Product Owner to join a market-leading Australian brand you'll be genuinely proud to work for. This organisation is widely recognised for its scale, innovation and customer focus, and is investing heavily in AI-enabled digital experiences across its contact centre.

This role focuses on conversational AI and digital messaging solutions, including chat and chatbot technologies, designed to enhance customer interactions and improve contact centre outcomes across digital channels.
n
The Role
n
You will lead the delivery of AI-powered messaging products used across the contact centre, working closely with contact centre operations, digital, UX, engineering, data and AI teams in an Agile environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Collaborate with contact centre stakeholders and end users to understand needs and translate them into product requirements
n
Define and own the product vision for AI-driven messaging and chat initiatives
n
Create and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to customer and operational outcomes
n
Manage and prioritise the product backlog in a fast-moving digital environment




n
Oversee delivery across design, build and contact centre integration phases
n
Develop transparent user stories and acceptance criteria
n
Monitor product progress and continuously refine delivery outcomes
n
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile sprints
n

Ideal candidates will bring:
n
n
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a large digital or enterprise environment.
n
Strong background in customer-facing digital platforms
n
Hands-on experience with chat, chatbots or AI messaging solutions, ideally within a contact centre context
n
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
n
