Your New Role
n
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Industrial BDM to join our team on a full time basis located in our Melbourne office.
n
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Define Country Vertical Industrial sales strategy (in line with and based on Global and Regional Products' strategies as well as Regional Sales strategy)
n
Ensure
preparation/execution/monitoring/continuous
improvement of account
strategies/development
plans/business plans
n
Ensure/coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the Industrial Vertical
n
Drive and support Products in definition of industry-specific solutions and corresponding pricing
n
Ensure acquisition of new VIS target customers and enhancement of customer relationships with the goal to retain and expand HWL business
n
Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships and support on client interactions
n




Ensure contract negotiation with VIS accounts within commercial parameters defined by Product and in close alignment with Products and Geos
n
Support local sales activities within the respective Vertical
n
Coordinate with product to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
n
n
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

What You Need
n
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
n
n
5 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
n
Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
n
Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience highly desirable
n
Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
n
High attention to details
n
n
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
