We're partnering with a global cybersecurity software vendor to help them find a skilled Implementation Engineer to join their Professional Services team. You'll be the go-to expert for onboarding customers, deploying cutting-edge products, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Deploy and configure security products for enterprise customers across ANZ – both remotely and onsite
n
Provide hands-on training and support to ensure fast adoption and strong ROI
n
Troubleshoot complex network and firewall environments, solving problems before they escalate
n
Collaborate with global teams across sales, support, engineering and delivery
n
Build trusted relationships with customers and be a true partner in their success
n
Be part of a flexible, remote-first team with the occasional onsite visit (travel up to 20%)
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n




5+ years in a similar role with a software or services company
n
Hands-on with networking gear – switches, routers, virtual routing, SDN
n
In-depth experience with firewalls – Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper
n
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, especially around cloud security
n
Comfortable under pressure, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
n
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
n
Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients
n
n
Bonus Points:
n
n
Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or PERL
n
Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
n
n
