Scantec Engineering in the Midlands is recruiting a Cost Manager to support a major water infrastructure programme. You will work closely with client delivery teams to provide commercial and cost management across a portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities include cost planning, budgeting, change control, NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, and producing regular reports while identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
