A global industrial group specialized in electrical connection, safety and energy infrastructure solutions, supporting transmission, distribution, renewables and electromobility projects worldwide. With more than 50 years of expertise, +3,500 employees and operations across 5 continents, supplying products in over 150 countries, the company has an established presence in Australia and seeking a Sales Director ANZ Pacific. The role is based in Australia, specific location flexible.

The role & responsibilities

Lead and develop the regional sales and client services teams (direct management), ensuring alignment with the Group's commercial strategy.
n
Adapt and execute the sales strategy covering all territories across Australia (whole territory).
n
Represent and promote the full product portfolio across all industry verticals
n
Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
n
Identify and drive cross‐selling and commercial synergies across subsidiaries and business lines.
n
Maintain close collaboration with group leadership,



participating in annual management meetings in Europe and contributing to group-wide sales coordination.

Qualifications & Background
n
n
Proven experience as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager in industrial, electrical, or energy‐related products or services.
n
Robust commercial leadership skills with the ability to understand technical environments and client requirements, ideally with exposure to utilities, C&I; customers, installers, or renewable energy projects.
n
Demonstrated ability to build and execute commercial strategy, lead teams, and deliver tangible sales growth.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills.
n
Willingness to travel frequently across the region and attend annual leadership meetings in Europe.
n
Ability to build a mid to long term vision to sustain and expand the existing business within the area of responsibility. You will bring an "out of the box" thinking mindset.
