VSG's Professional Services Team is delivering a major ICT Organisational Uplift project in which we have been directly invited with Defence to build and uplift their ICT systems and support organisational elements

We are seeking NV1, NV2 and TS PV cleared, ITSM/ITIL Professionals to join our award-winning team in delivering Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability.
n
This is a multi-year & multi-million-dollar engagement in which Vertical Scope Group are current incumbents and have been delivering for a number of years. We are seeking professionals nationally to join and be based in Canberra to augment our existing team working within the environment.
n
About You:
n
n
10+ years in ICT / IT Operations, including large-scale transformation leadership
n
Strong expertise in ITSM
n
Experience in establishing and continuously improving contemporary ICT governance in a complex setting
n
Demonstrated change management leadership
n
Experience in government environments, ideally within Defence and/or National Intelligence Communities
n
Active NV1, NV2 or TS PV Security Clearance
n
Canberra based
n
Proficient in business intelligence tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau. Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures is considered advantageous.

About the Role:

Developing and implementing processes to achieve service level management
n
Improving IT service availability and user experience
n
Enabling the continuous improvement of core ITIL Practices including Incident Management, Change Enablement, Service Catalogue, Monitoring & Event and Measurement & Reporting.
n
Build and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
n




Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify their needs, reach agreement on the business objectives and gain commitment to achieving results.
