The Opportunity
n
You will define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a broad suite of finance platforms including:
n

Budgeting & Forecasting
n
Finance Data & Analytics platforms
n
n
You'll sit at the intersection of Technology, Finance, and Data, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and capable of delivering high-quality, decision-ready insights.
n
Responsibilities:
n
Own the Product Strategy
n
n
Define and execute a long-term roadmap for finance systems and data platforms
n
Translate complex finance and tax requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for finance systems
n
n
Drive Delivery
n
n
Prioritise and guide development across integrations, data models, and reporting capabilities
n
Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver optimal finance platforms with a strategic, future focused approach
n
Assess feasibility and business impact of system enhancements
n
Champion data innovation, including the application of AI across finance platforms
n
n
Shape Finance Data
n
n




Influence how financial data is structured, governed, and consumed
n
Enable more accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting
n
n
Engage Stakeholders
n
n
Build trusted relationships across finance, technology, and business teams
n
Align priorities and deliver solutions that create tangible business value
n
n
Experience:
n
n
Proven experience owning and managing finance or data platforms aligned to finance
n
Strong understanding of finance systems, accounting processes, and data flows
n
Proven track record uplifting and optimising complex, data-driven platforms
n
Experience with tools and systems such as Oracle, Anaplan, TM1 (or similar)
n
Strong grasp of data governance, lineage, and integration patterns
n
Excellent communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical requirements
n
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Jira)
n
A strategic mindset with the ability to work in the detail, while working to a strategic goal
n
Proactivity with AI and data innovation in finance
n
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
n
A natural collaborator who can influence across diverse stakeholder groups
n
