You'll have control over how your diary is structured, with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.

What You'll Do
n
Based in Campbelltown (Remote or hybrid role with options to work from our Bankstown team as you want), you'll support NDIS and Aged Care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
n
The Bankstown office has a team of 14 clinicians with a make up of: 6 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
n
You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
n
You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision,



monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
n
n
Full General AHPRA registration
n
Driver's license and own vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Minimum of 4 years post grad experience
