6 Month Daily Rate Contract
n
We're looking for a Power BI Administrator to help build and run a brand-new enterprise Power BI environment. This is a hands‐on role where you'll set up the platform, establish governance, and guide the business through its Power BI uplift. Three days per week in the CBD office.
n
You'll shape how the organisation uses Power BI from day one. The initial focus is on platform setup and administration, then supporting key reports, shared datasets, and user adoption.

What you'll be working on

Setting up the Power BI tenant and workspace structure
n
Implementing governance policies, security, and access controls
n
Configuring Snowflake connections, dataflows, and refresh schedules
n
Managing licensing, authentication and gateways
n




Supporting teams with modelling standards and early use cases
n
Helping move reporting from legacy tools into Power BI
n

What you bring
n
n
Strong Power BI admin experience (governance, setup, standards)
n
Understanding of enterprise data modelling and semantic layers
n
Experience with Azure and Snowflake
n
Valuable communicator, comfortable working with the business
n
Insurance background is helpful but not essential
n
n
WFH: 3 days in office, 2 WFH
n
Rate: $750-$780p/d
n
Contract: 6 months initially; extensions likely
n
Start Date: January
